The main feature is being cloud-based and also having the support team understand Commercial property and the differences in managing this instead of residential. The automated invoice feature has been a huge help as has the budgeting & reconciliation features. Being cloud-based enables us to work remotely and pull up reports or information when at client meetings and the continuous development for improvement is reassuring.
As we grow, we will battle with clients preferring MRI so we have adapted to try and sell the features of Cirrus8 and the access to information that they will have, such as the Landlord portal and access to real-time data.

For us, Cirrus8 provided us with our non-negotiables whereas other cloud-based software that we looked at at the time could not. It has been a positive that the developers continue to improve the service offering to keep up with the demands and expectations of their consumers.
